Because we provide non-tangible, service-based, and instantly delivered digital items, our refund rules differ from physical product stores.
Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.


1. No Returns on Digital Products

All digital items — including templates, guides, PDFs, marketing kits, automation tools, and downloadable files — are delivered electronically and cannot be returned.

For this reason:
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

If you did not receive your download, contact us and we will resend it immediately.


2. Refunds for Services

Our services include:
• Digital marketing campaigns
• Automation & chatbot setup
• Social media management
• AI workflow development
• Consulting & strategy sessions
• Custom digital projects

Because these services require time, expertise, and labor from our team:

Refunds are not available once service work has started.

If you request a cancellation before work begins, we may issue a partial refund (minus processing fees).


3. Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If you accidentally submitted a duplicate payment, notify us within 7 days.
After verification, we will refund the duplicate amount.


4. Service Not Delivered

If a purchased service is not initiated or delivered within the agreed timeframe — and the delay was caused by us — you may request a full refund.

A refund may be approved only if:
• We have not started the work
• The client provided all required information
• The delay is not due to missing documents or lack of communication from the client


5. Digital Delivery Issues

If you did not receive your digital download:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder

  2. Verify that your email at checkout was correct

  3. Contact us immediately and we will resend your files

All digital products are delivered instantly or within a few minutes.


6. Chargebacks & Fraud

Opening a bank dispute without contacting us first is considered fraudulent behavior.

We provide evidence of:
• Digital delivery logs
• Email confirmations
• Completed service documentation
• IP address confirmation

Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested.
